Overcut
The knife diverts to the front. The upper sheets are shorter than the lowest ones. This may be caused by: excessively hard material being cut (cast-coated or mechanical wood-pulp paper), material which is extremely condensed by excessive clamping pressure and a knife angle which is too sharp.
