Rules
When programming a cutting program on a high-speed cutter, keep to the following steps:
- Set the computer to program operation.
- Enter a program number for each cutting job.
- Enter the data records for the cuts in the order of cutting.
- Confirm the data record input by pressing the Storage key.
- Every time the material being cut is handled manually, the air table must be switched on.
- When making edge trims and intermediate cuts the distance to the edge or to the next cut must not be less than 3 millimeters.
- Parallel sizes are cut with the "automatic knife" command.
- If there is more than one parallel cut with the same label size, push the repeat key and enter the number of cuts to be repeated.
- The paper ejection command is input when, after a cut, the backgauge moves to a larger cut size.
- The data input is concluded by actuating the End-of-program key.
