3. Cutting errors
When a ream of material must be cut the relevant cycles are complicated and depend on many factors:
- Composition and structure of the material to be cut
- Compression of cutting ream
- Height of cutting ream
- Quality of the cutting edge
- Clamping pressure, etc.
The stack may be deformed and the knife may divert from the cutting line.
Three types of errors can be distinguished:
Undercut
