Cutting Quality

When processing printed matter (especially prospectuses and brochures) cutting precision is fundamental for assuring the quality and performance of the subsequent finishing machines, such as folding machine, saddle stitcher, collator, as well as a good register of the final product.

In the field of paper processing the cutting accuracy of the high-speed cutter is of particular importance when labels are produced. Sometimes the customer demands standards within a tolerance range of only + /- 0.3 mm.
