Dr. Markus Rall
Managing Director and Speaker of the Board

After gaining the PhD in Physics and a Master’s degree in Economics in the United States, Markus Rall started his career in 1992 at proprietary goods manufacturers Procter & Gamble. In 1995, he joined printing press manufacturer MAN Roland AG where he was responsible for Sales in Asia. He went to China as Managing Director in 1998 and set up the recently acquired Sales and Service Organization which he managed for seven years. In 2005 he was appointed Executive Board member for Sheet-Fed Printing Systems in Offenbach (Germany). He restructured and headed this segment up to 2011.
Since 2012, Rall is Managing Director and Speaker of the Board at POLAR-Mohr where he assumes responsibility for Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Finances and Personnel.

Jürgen Freier
Managing Director

After studying business informatics, Jürgen Freier held various management positions in Sales and Marketing at Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG for twelve years.
Among other things, he managed the Sales team in France, located in Paris from 2000 - 2003.
Afterwards for eight years, Freier was the Managing Director in various printing companies. Since 2008, he was the Managing Director of Sales and Marketing at Prinovis, a Bertelsmann company.
From begin of 2012, he is Managing Director Sales & Services at POLAR in Hofheim and responsible for the Marketing, Sales and Services divisions.
