From the basic to the top model: The POLAR 115 X, 115 XT and 115 XT Autotrim are the most sold high-speed cutters from POLAR. It is employed for the accurate cutting of divers materials such as paper, card board, chip board, plastic foils and handles sheet sizes with a diagonal of 115 cm/ 45 1/2 inches (i.e. 65 x 92 cm/ 25 3/5 x 36 2/9 inches). Sheets with a diagonal larger than 115 cm/ 45 1/2 inches (up to a max. sheet length of 115 cm/ 45 1/2 inches) can still be turned on the front table or, with retractable side gauge (optional), also on the rear table.
The POLAR 115 XT with Autotrim is the most efficient model in this successful series, with an up to 30 % higher productivity by removing the waste during cutting automatically.
The high-speed cutter POLAR 115 (sometimes also called guillotine, cutter or paper-cutter in the graphic arts industry) can be upgraded to complete cutting systems with peripheral equipment (stack lift, automatic jogger, buffers, gripper transport system, loading and unloading systems), to facilitate work for the operators.
