POLAR 137 X / XT und XT Autotrim – three programmable high-speed cutters with future oriented technology. The high-speed cutters are employed for the accurate cutting of divers materials such as paper, card board, chip board, plastic foils, etc. and handles sheet sizes with a diagonal of 137 cm/ 54 inches (i.e. 78 x 112 cm/ 30 5/7 x 44 inches, i. e. III b-formats). Sheets with a diagonal larger than 137 cm/ 54 inches (up to a max. sheet length of 137 cm/ 54 inches) can still be turned on the front table or, with retractable side gauges (optional), also on the rear table.
The POLAR 137 XT with Autotrim is the most efficient model in this successful series, with an up to 30% higher production output of all cutting programs with automatic waste removal during cutting.
The high-speed cutter POLAR 137 (sometimes also called guillotine, cutter or paper-cutter in the graphic arts industry) can be upgraded to complete cutting systems with peripheral equipment (stack lift, automatic jogger, buffers, gripper transport system, turning gripper, loading and unloading systems), to facilitate work for the
operators.
