Also the three programmable high-speed cutters POLAR 155 X / XT and XT Autotrim are employed for the accurate cutting of divers materials. They handle sheet sizes with a diagonal of 155 cm/ 61 inches (i.e. 89 x 126 cm/ 35 1/16 x 49 5/8 inches). Sheets with a diagonal larger than 155 cm/ 61 inches (up to a max. sheet length of 155 cm/ 61 inches) can be turned on the rear table thanks to an in feed depth of 200 cm/ 78 3/4 inches (optional) and retractable side gauges (optional).
The POLAR 155 XT with Autotrim is the most efficient model in this successful series, with an up to 30 % higher production output of all cutting programs with automatic waste removal during cutting.
The POLAR 155 can be upgraded to complete cutting systems with peripheral equipment (stack lift, automatic jogger, buffers, gripper transport system, turning gripper, loading and unloading systems), to facilitate work for
the operators.
