This programmable and fully automatic multi-strip cutting system accepts any number of pre-cut strips, which are transferred from the POLAR Buffer & Loading Table LT-S for the final cutting sequence into individual labels. During this process the strips remain perfectly aligned and are, for every cut, automatically aligned and rectified against the side guide and the backgauge. This provides highest possible cutting accuracy.
The design of this automatic multi-strip cutting system is based on the well proven POLAR high-speed cutter technology.
The AC 115 includes the complete cutting system, from the feeding of strips right through to the finished cut label stack. The Autocut 115 deals with waste removal during cutting, holding-down of the cutting material, automatic alignment before each cut, aligning and unloading the cut label stacks automatically. This cutting machine has network capabilities and can receive cutting programs automatically.
