POLAR pile turners reverse piles automatically. They operate fast, cost and energy saving. Even sheets just coming off the press are carefully treated during the reversing. Damages or marks, which cannot be avoided with manual re-piling, are excluded. They are equipped with platforms to accept any type of pallets. All functions can be easily controlled from a control panel.
The POLAR pile turner PW-1 picks up the pile, sandwiched between two pallets, on one side of the machine, turns it on a horizontal axis and puts the reversed pile down on the other side of the machine. The PW-1 needs to be fastened to the floor with anchors, but requires no sliding rails or pit.
