ABV is the top-of-the-line model among POLAR's Pile Turners. These models provide also airing and aligning functions. This improves the piling quality and is crucial for the subsequent production processes.
The airing considerably reduces the infeed of double sheets and removes any excessive powder or possible cutting dust. It also helps to provide an adequate conditioning of the pile, improves ink drying, and even removes any odor, a factor which is important in the food processing industry. The air volume can be controlled. Furthermore the model ABV offers also a “vibration” function. In tilted position and together with the airing function the vibration improves the pile condition even further.
