The POLAR Die-Cutter DC-M is a stand-alone component for semi-automatic off-line operation with manual feeding. The individual label stacks are fed outside the actual die-cutting area and transferred to the die-cutting tool with an electric motor driven pusher device. The die-cut labels are delivered over a delivery chute. The POLAR Die-Cutter DC-M works according to the puncture principle. Frequency controlled drive units ensure smooth and trouble-free operation. Easy and fast make-ready with a new alternate frame system is reducing set-up time to a minimum. Programmable positioning of the die-cutting tool. The die-cutting area guard is automatically adjusted with each size change. The DC-M can be retrofitted with zero-die-cutting.
