Unlike the automatic joggers R and RA (with manual unloading to the side) POLAR joggers RAH unload automatically to the rear. Combined with a POLAR cutting system with rear table loading they are a particularly space saving solution. The material is automatically unloaded directly into a piling-board shelf STR or onto a buffer table. From here a gripper transport system transfers the cutting material onto the rear table of the high-speed cutter. Alternative unloading possible with manual unloading via tiltable gauges left/right.
The combination with piling-board shelf/positioning station and gripper transport system results in the most efficient workflow and the best possible space utilization. A pusher places the cutting material in the correct pick-up position for the gripper (optional).
