POLAR air-conveyor units are mainly used today for connecting peripheral equipment with high-speed cutters but are also suited as intermediate buffer for cutting material. Vertical buffer systems are the alternatives. For sorting and inspection purposes however, surface buffers are absolutely essential.
POLAR air-conveyor units can be arranged in any desired combination.
Air-corners: provide for an easy transfer from conveyor unit to the machine table. Nickel refined surface and smoothed-off front edges.
Trapezoid units: for space saving arrangements cutting systems positioned in a corner.
General: Up to a surface of 2m² a blower in the cutting machine supplies the air. For larger surfaces, an additional blower is required.
