Flexible gripper system “AUTOTURN” for automatic turning of complete layers of cutting material on the rear table of the machine. It increases the continuous output of a high-speed cutter, especially when handling large sheet sizes, heavy material and full height of layers. Retractable side gauges on both sides extend the rear table surface of the high-speed cutter to allow the turning
of large sizes up to 105 x 145 cm / 4 13⁄8 x 57 1⁄8 inches (POLAR 155/200) and 122 x164 cm / 48 1⁄16 x 64 9⁄16 inches (POLAR 176). Programmable turning functions to each cut, 90°/180° left and right provide program controlled work sequences.
