Buffering before cutting
POLAR air-pallet lifts are employed where the jogging process is separated from cutting. The POLAR air-pallet lift is an essential component for preparing the cutting material in layers. Lightweight wooden air-pallets carry the lifts. The air supply is variably adjustable, individual air cushions are created to allow easy handling of different types of material.
Buffering after cutting (without air supply)
Semi-finished products, i. e. label strips can be collected and subsequently processed and finished at other workstations. The content of the buffer is transferred to an other air-pallet lift.
