Label stacks, die cut on a POLAR die cutter are transferred and banded in the POLAR single-head bander BD, either as stacks or logs (max. length of logs 500 mm / 19 5/8 inches). The height of the label stack is either determined by the stroke or by divider cardboards, recognized by a sensor and partly pushed out by a kicker device.
