Automatic system for efficient loading of high-speed cutters (front table or rear table).Type BL transports the material as high as the cutter’s full clamp opening to the front table.
Type 3 BL separates lifts of material as high as the cutter’s full clamp opening from the pile. The Transomat pushing device or a gripper transport system (option) positions the material directly onto the rear table of the high-speed cutter. This requires, that the high-speed cutter is equipped with an optional retractable side gauge.
The ream height is infinitely adjustable with all Transomat models. Counted sheets can be separated automatically with the Chip-Marker (option) or with manually inserted reflection wedge (option).
