The POLAR Pressing Station presses intruded air out of prepared cutting material. It is free accessible from three sides and can be integrated into the loading cycle onto the front or the rear table of the high-speed cutter as described:

Operating area at cutting machine:

• Automatic loading of the rear table.
  – From the Transomat 3 BL directly into the PST, unloading with gripper transport system.
• Loading of the rear table.
  – Manual loading into the PST, automatic unloading with gripper transport system.
• Semi-automatic loading of the front table.
  – From Transomat BL into PST, manual unloading and transfer in cutting machine via front table.
• Loading of the front table.
  – Manual loading of cutting material into PST, manual unloading and transfer in cutting machine via front table.
