POLAR's Autotrans gripper-loading systems fetch the reams from buffer tables, automatic joggers, air-pallet lifts, piling-board shelves, jogger systems or Transomat B units and transport them onto the high-speed cutter´s rear table.
They also transport reams from the rear table.

POLAR Autotrans gripper-loading systems increase the cutters' production output while easing the workload on the operators.

The system works in conjunction with a retractable side gauge. The grippers firmly hold the ream during the transport. They ensure that the edges of the reams remain precisely aligned.

Autotrans MM is firmly mounted to the framewhile Autotrans M is self-contained. An essential option which available for Autotrans M is the turning gripper Autoturn. It allows cutting undivided reams fully automatically.
