This machine is ideal for precisely die-cutting compressible plastic materials, such as OPP films for in-moulds.
As an optional feature, the die-cut products can be automatically banded on a singlehead bander.
- The label stacks are manually loaded outside the die-cutting area and automatically fed to the die-cutting space.
- The soft material stack is aligned, locked on all four sides and then pre-clamped by the counterpressure plunger piston. Finally the stamping punch presses it through the cutting die.
- Then the die-cut label stack is pushed into the transfer unit. It can optionally be banded by a banding unit to form a single pack.
