Banding is a key process step especially when dealing with small-size labels or postcards. Offering very short setup times and a convenient operation POLAR's line of banding machines guarantee perfect banding results.
Label stacks, die cut on a POLAR die cutter are transferred and banded in the POLAR single-head bander BD, either as stacks or logs (max. length of logs 500 mm / 19 5⁄8 inches).
The BS-23 single-head bander is banding precut label packs. Combined with a cutting system you get a LabelSystem for square-cut labels and small to medium-size production runs.
