High-speed cutters with side tables, fixed stack lift or conveyor line
This POLAR cutting system is typically used as a back-up machine, strip cutter or universal machine for all types of cutting jobs. It is the basic system that can be easily retrofitted for other requirements by adding stack lifts, jogger, buffer or loading/unloading systems, also later on. When a fixed stack lift is available on the right and / or left, the cutting material is raised to normal working height before cutting, and also re-stacked at this height after cutting. There is no bending required for material handling. High-speed cutters which are used for smaller sizes and quantities, are equipped with appropriate side tables or – if larger surfaces/pack tables are required – with air conveyor units, which can be arranged for any required size and application. This cutting system offers the following advantages: ease of work, effective utilization of space and variable extension possibilities.
