Large and medium-sized printing plants, converters of printed material, label and packaging media producers, who rely on automation and therefore want to do the jogging separately and in piles, prefer the POLAR jogging system L-R-T to the jogging system L-R-P. When producing labels, banderoles, various kinds of cards, packing blanks and packing inserts, the handling of air tables is no longer necessary. This POLAR Jogging System L-R-T prepares the cutting material separately in piles (with quality control). It is composed of a stack lift, an automatic jogger and a Transomat E unit. One jogging station can feed several cutting stations. The output depends on the number of cuts per ream.
