Optimal utilization of the production capacity
This system is tailored to the operating sequences of printing shops, label production, bookbinderies and finishing. For diverse production requirements, different quantities, but continuous utilization of the production capacity. Total flexibility as far as jobs and quantities are concerned, an optimum work flow, buffering of material between preparation and cutting, compensation of different cycles and spare capacities are the advantages of this space saving system.
Typical products are folded sheets, supplements, brochures and labels etc. On the POLAR Cutting System L-R-P-X-T the material is jogged at the high-speed cutter (as on the system L-R-X-T). However, in this case a buffer is positioned between the preparation of cutting material and the cutting, in order to avoid idle / waiting times. For medium and large runs: two-man operation.
Preparation of cutting material: With stack lift, automatic jogger RAH (also in precise quantities). Buffering: Piling-board shelf. Cutting: POLAR high-speed cutter with gripper-loading system. Unloading: e. g. automatic unloading by Transomat E.
