The automated cutter POLAR 137 Autotrim M is the key component of this LabelSystem for the flexible in-line production of square-cut labels.

• First of all the operator cuts the material into strips (strip cutting). After that, the strips are manually positioned in the automated cutter POLAR 137 Autotrim M
  – Label cutting is a completely automated operation. After each cut the strips are automatically repositioned and aligned against the side.
• After the labels have been cut, they are automatically arranged on the front table (using the patented mobile aligning station). Finally they are transported to the BM-105 multi-station bander where they are banded.

Since the Autotrim-M cuts both strips and labels, no strip cutter or feeder table is required.
