System for an efficient and economical production of square-cut labels:

• POLAR high-speed cutter cuts the strips either in-line or off-line.
• The pre-cut strips are automatically pushed across the POLAR buffer/loading table LT-S onto the Autocut rear table where they are automatically aligned. The automated cutter POLAR Autocut 115 is the main component of the system. It cuts the individual strips into label packs.
• With every cut, the completed label stacks are – automatically – aligned on the front table (with a patented aligning station).
• A deloading finger pushes them into the BM-105 multi-station bander.
