Industrial, highly efficient in-line production of banded die-cut labels. Especially suited for handling compressible plastic materials, such as OPP films for in-moulds.

• Pre-cut strips are aligned on the POLAR LT-S buffer/loading table, then fed to the automated cutter POLAR Autocut 25, where they are cut into labels.
• After being completely cut on the Autocut, the label stacks are transferred to the DCC system die-cutter.
• Key component: POLAR DCC system diecutter, working with counterpressure. The soft material stack is aligned, locked on all four sides and then pre-clamped by the counterpressure plunger piston. Finally the stamping punch presses it through the cutting die.
• After that, the die-cut label stack is pushed into the transfer unit to the bander, where it is banded to a single pack.

The POLAR LabelSystem DCC-11 has an identical structure as the DC-11, as far as the label preparation and transport are concerned, but the die-cutting is carried out according to the counterpressure principle.
