System for a highly automated in-line production of square-cut labels, with integrated banding process.

Available models:

• SC-25: Production of very small labels as of 12 mm, e. g. revenue stamps
• SC-25 L: Production of square-cut labels with log banding, such as labels for water/soft drink/beer bottles

• Pre-cut strips are aligned on the POLAR LT-S buffer/loading table, then fed to the automated cutter POLAR Autocut 25, where they are cut into two-up label stacks.
• After the stacks have been cut on the Autocut, they are moved to the two-up banding unit and automatically banded in parallel.
